Why not just do it yourselves – there is plenty of route information and advice on hotels/camping etc if you search 'London Paris'.

If you were going to spend £600 cycling then you could get the Eurostar down to the Alps and stay in a 5 star hotel for a week (possibly...) for that money...
As Maxl says - do it yourself, the ferries are cheap, the routes are easy to find online and if you were to simply plan a date and means of doing it (ie, how many days, and would you go via Calais or Dieppe) then advertising it as a ride on here would inevitably get a few more involved! It's by no means a 'short' ride, but it's pretty straightforward in terms of organising, and you'd need so little stuff with you then I couldn't see any justification of paying for someone else to organise it!
A mate of mine over from the land of OZ is set on doing the London to Paris next year, he was going to get a few of his other mates to join him and arrange the trip himself, well, as with most things most of his other mates have slipped away leaving only himself and myself ( conscripted to train him I must add ) so, he has decided to go via a company, this is all well and good but they are looking £600 just to cycle to Paris. ( I paid less than this to ride this years Marmotte )
So my question is, are there any cheap alternatives or is there a group of you guys thinking of doing it and wouldent mind us taging along and willing to pay ( just not £600 though ).
