Either way I hope it's not as dramatic as I looked. Those leaving work take it easy - the whole area is now a mess of impatient lorries, tourist buses on a re-route and lunatic cyclists. Take your time folks.

it was Tower Bridge, shut down completely 1-2 hours ago.

Definitely motorbike involved, as I saw one being scrapped from a ground, just south side of a bridge.
I passed it later about 30 minutes ago and it was all back to normal. -

Collision close to Tower Bridge
Police are appealing for information following a collision close to Tower Bridge.
Police were called at 14:48hrs today to Tower Bridge Road, close to the junction with Tooley Street, SE1 following reports of a motorcycle in collision with a pedestrian.
Officers, London Ambulance Service and London's Air Ambulance attended. The pedestrian, a man aged in his early 30s, was taken to an east London hospital with head injuries. His condition is described as critical.
The motorcyclist stopped at the scene.
Anyone who witnessed the collision is asked to contact officers at Catford Traffic Garage via the
Witness Appeal Line on 020 8285 1574.Enquiries continue. No arrests.

The motorcyclist stopped at the scene, and police said no arrests have been made.
Witnesses said the motorbike veered into the man after it was clipped by a car.
Reports of "serious collison" on London Bridge. Lots of emergency services in attendance, initial reports say motorcycle and bicycle.
