Offered: Room for rent in deptford/new cross

Me and forum pal alwaysanalogue have a spare room in a delightful house in Deptford/New cross.

Us - we are two recent UAL graduates, both working, we enjoy brunch and fun weekend activities.

£500 + bills, viewings this week (room is available ASAP).

Preferably looking for a lady house pal but if your awesome then we may consider you.

We have two fish called Megafish & Bear Gylls, as well as a Lord Shrimpington (the shrimp). The new house pal would have the option of adding a fish to the tank (preferred but not mandatory).

If you think this is your bag or you know anyone that might be interested give me a PM and we can arrange you coming to see it!

Heres a picture of the lounge, I haven't got room pictures as my current house mate hasn't taken any yet.
