Best way to post a bike?

  • Looking to post a bike tomorrow, for it to arrive within this week. Will be assembled and packed into a box.

My question is.. which courier would be the cheapest?

Thanks for the help in advance!

  • parcel2go are pretty good.

I hope you mean disassemble the bike and wrap all parts in bubbles / styrene chips, after putting spacers between fork ends, and stout polystyrene corner and mid blocks, in a robust bike box, with plenty of parcel tape, two destination addresses and return addresses.

  • ^ parcel2go are reallygood even if your bike only weighs 25kg...it's still only abot a tenner

  • Really? I did a quick quote from Parcel2go and it was like £40!

I went with Paisley freight instead came to about £20..
