Wanted: 60cm +/- 1 steel frame and forks

I am after a 60cm ctc st (or a little bigger) steel frame+f, with english threads.

531 is a must, 700c, paintwork isn't too much of an issue.

I'm looking for a road frame, but it's for ss/fg so track is ok too as long as it's drilled front and back.

Spacing on fork must be 100mm rear is not an issue as I can space the hub out.
