Brake calipers do not look like titanium ones.
And I guess there was no special titanium edition of crank set so it seems to be regular ones.

Titanium ones have different bolts:

if i'm not mistaken, the groupset was called record titanium despite having ti in a few parts only.. (axles, rear mech bolt)

this is the 97 group - the catalog shows the same brakes. the ones you linked have inverted record logos (later version). even the seatpost and the headset matches. not sure about the casette, but that could be ti too.

really nice bike, glws! (although i think you should take that saddle down and burn it, then replace it with a 1st gen flite ti :)

Thursday will make the required measurements.

I made measurements, the Head Tube is 21cm included Record headset or approx 17.3cm whitout headset
