I'll preface this by saying that this question is mental. Having said that, i think you are looking a pair of Shimano PD-M324.

If you go for a taster session at Manchester velodrome and you don't want to wear cycling shoes, they insert a cleat into the pedal which incorporates a toe clip. So it does exist, although I've no idea where you get them from.

The only thing I can remember that comes close to what you are looking for is the Exaustar track pedal
http://www.velodromeshop.net/index.php?p=product&id=812it doesn't have toe clips but toe clips only serve the purpose of hanging the straps high for you to enter your feet.
Possibly a silly silly question... but what harm, I can ask silly questions all day long.
Does anyone know of a clipless pedal that can have toe clips attached.
I ride a fixed gear I cycle lots and while I could use clipless pedals and shoes for my work commute I want to be able to use a toe clip pedal (like I currently use) for when I am dropping over to a friends or going out for the night.
I know you can purchase platform adapters but I hear they are often plastic and not very durable. Many I've seen don't even allow for toe clip attachment.
I know there are clipless pedals with a platform on the opposite side but I don't want to have to take out my tools every time I want to attach the toe clips.
Ideally I seeking a clipless pedal with a stong clip and lock toeclip. I know, I am dreaming.
If it doesn't exist I call LFGSS as my witness before God and the law courts that this is my patent application.
