A Brooks CR3 looks pretty perfect.

I have a yellow flite gel that is really comfy, it was a bit faded and raggy looking so I tried to re-dye it but doesn't look too great, but not too bad either :) fitted a new saddle now so it's sat here waiting for adoption; fee? £10 posted

Did you already get one? Apologies I thought you said tonight you'd already got one or I would have offered you an old one of mine - the brown one here. http://espressowheels.com/saddles.html
Am happy to give you it for beer money as you bought the wheelset. Never been ridden by me, but may have been by the previous owner (no marks or anything, looks new). Could cycle up to you monday evening if you want

Just seen the brooks bit, what I've got probably doesn't fit in then

So to clarify: something that looks A bit like the brooks cr3 ie pretty standard looking abit wider and more padding than a turbo, not super heavy. Preferably black. Cheers

I've got an older Specialized (looks like a Madison G11 but without the bag loops) Superficial wear on one corner (apprx 2/3"), not ripped, cut or damaged, Chromed steel rails in good order.
160mm at widest point but nose very similar to that of a Rolls, not loads of padding but it is comfy though that's always subjective..360g ish.

Hi Chris,
Hope its ok to jump on the thread. I am looking for a saddle. My Fuji was stolen on Monday :( bagged a bike. You got any pics of the Selle?
Cheers,
Daniella
I need a saddle for my beaterish bike. Not looking for a sofa, not looking for a flite either. Something comfy that doesn't weigh a ton and wont get knicked.
