For Sale: Stem cap with integrated spacer

Here's my stem cap (part of the headset preload adjuster) which integrates a 2.5mm spacer for a nice neat appearance when your steerer pokes out of the top of your stem, as it should in all cases but most especially with carbon steerers.

Things you need to know (updated November 2020):

• It's made from 6082T6 aluminium
  
• It fits 1⅛" stems, on 1⅛" or shimmed 1" steerers. Fits for 1" and 1¼" stems are available at extra cost.
  
• Outside diameter is 31.8mm (28.6mm for 1", 35.0mm for 1¼"), which lines up nicely with thin walled forged stems, but there will be a step on fat walled machined aluminium or carbon stems
  
• The adjuster screw is M6 countersunk, so your headset adjuster needs to use that size. Most do, but there are some weird bikes out there!
  
• 30mm blacked (or silver with Type 1) A4 stainless steel torx (T30) adjuster screw included, should be long enough for most properly positioned star-nuts/expanders/bonded inserts.
  
• Price for plain black anodised or raw aluminium caps is £10 per cap plus p&p (per order £3UK, £10 for any overseas destination served by Royal Mail "Signed For" services ). Payment by PayPal or bank transfer for domestic sales, PayPal payment for foreign sales.
  
• 1" or 1¼" are £18 each
  
• Any of the anodised types can be done in any of Metro's standard colours for an additional £40 for any quantity.
  
• Engraving is available on team/club/shop orders of 10 or more caps. You can have initials, short/nick/club names etc. up to about 8 letters per line on two lines. You can also have almost anything which fits subject to extra cost and your providing artwork. If you want to create vector graphics, PDF is preferred. The engravable area lies between two concentric circles of diameter 12.5mm and 27.5mm for 1⅛" caps. Price on application, depending on quantity and complexity of engraving. There are three decoration styles. Type 1 is engraved on raw aluminium. Type 2 is engraved then anodised. Type 3 is anodised then engraved.
  
• Spacer packs for 1⅛" steerers in matching diameter are available at £18+p&p for a set of 4: 1mm + 2mm + 4mm + 8mm (adjustment of 15mm in 1mm increments) or 2mm + 4mm + 8mm + 16mm (adjustment of 30mm in 2mm increments). Single spacers are £5 each +p&p

would like to eventually use with an atomic22 bolt and they can't do countersunk

i'm in either way though, just asking if that's a possibility

For that torx bolt with centre pin? Put it next to your name in the list, and if more than a few people want them I'll get those bolts in and distribute them.
