How did you get that repaired?

With some silver solder and a Kitchen blow torch by the looks of things.

The repair is definitely a little crude, but it's cool to see this live on.

I'm jealous of your Salsa stem.

Depends how much you treasure your mouth. He can bend steel pretty well so you could probably trust him.

Found the crack, didn't touch the frame for ages. Took it to someone who does frame repairs for a living. I explained this frame doesn't have to be pretty and the repair doesn't have to be. He worked out a way of doing it so the frame is structurally pretty good and kept it cheap/ruff. It isn't actually as hacked as it seems in the photos, the sleeve it well cut and thought out
