The more I read it the more enraged I become. I have complained here: SWPerformanceManagement@london-fire.gov.uk and here: http://www.london-fire.gov.uk/ComplaintsProcedure.asp

Wishing fortitude to the poor cyclist, who only stopped off to do a bit of shopping. I hope he come to terms with his injuries. I also hope he receives justice.. (unlikely.)

Seems odd to be using a poor cyclists suffering to promote safe cycling events. It's kinda reads like they're blaming him for his own injuries.
