Seems odd to be using a poor cyclists suffering to promote safe cycling events. It's kinda reads like they're blaming him for his own injuries.

Wishing fortitude to the poor cyclist, who only stopped off to do a bit of shopping. I hope he come to terms with his injuries. I also hope he receives justice.. (unlikely.)
