Can you confirm the size please: unusual combination of top and seat tube.

700c or 27" and 126mm at the rear? British BB and 26.4mm fork crown race? Seatpost size?

Measurements are right, an usual short top tube indeed.
Wheel size 700c, 120mm at the rear, 26.4 fork race.Seatpost is 26.4mm
It's belgian because I bought it there and it has a fork crown that is much used in Belgium.
