Did few changes to a bike (added 700 wheels and different peddals) but will put it back to previous condition.

The only changed thing which will stay are newly installed ODI grips, previous ones were destroyed.

Would like money back. Even though OP's thread says £400, the final price was £450 which is still bargain for a complete bike.
