TW2: Road bike; No - The chain is 1/8th" width (won't fit road cassettes), 15mm track nuts, and a track lock-ring tool.

I disagree.. I've installed 3 cassettes in the last few days using it. If you put it on the smallest sprocket of a cassette, it works.
