disappointingly however I measure myself I need at least M (re. 1. City Wind Jacket, Small, Brand New £55).
how is their fit ? are they bigger? smaller than what rapha says on the website?

I am normally a small but this is quite loose fitting on me. I presume it's meant to be a more relaxed fit as it is city wear.

Depends what end of M you fit. I have the city jacket in M and am a M, it is a slightly loose fit but only a little. If you are the bottom end of M the S may still fit you.
