What's the length of the top-tube?
And I'm assuming it's running on clinchers (as opposed to tubulars)?

No problem.
Just a little bit too small for me, but I have a (shorter) friend who might be interested. What's the standover height, and are pedals included? -

Hi Willem
I'm enjoying the bike, I want to increase the gear ratio on the rear cassette to something like 14/24 or 14/28, the 14/19 is too high at the moment. Do you have any parts or can you make any suggestions.

You will need something like this:
Your rear spacing will be 126mm (probably) so 7-speed is high as you can go (I think), which should be ample anyway. Maybe check with the seller to make sure it's compatible.
The only other thing to then consider is whether or not the chain will need changing to accommodate the increased gear range (anybody?). Either way, it should be a fairly straightforward job. -

This one comes with a chain!
The key is to establish the type of hub you're running (e.g.. screw-on).
