I have one that used to look like that, but now looks like this:

Is that stripped of padding or just worn?

It's stripped, sanded and polished. Still really comfy. I have two, but only need the one.

I've got a padded one. The leather's worn, but no holes. What sort of condition are you after?

I've put a pic of a mint/lovely one but I really just want any old flite, as I know I like the shape and think it might be a little more suitable than an SLR.

And I can always re-cover it.

The leather was really ragged, but seemed well attached to the padding, so I trimmed the edges and glued the padding back down. Needs a proper re-cover job doing.
