AFAIK, all screw on hubs and freewheels made in the last 40 years are interchangeable. Certainly mainstream brands like Campag and Regina will fit, unless you are talking about some ancient antique.

I've had late 80s/early 90s Chorus hubs that are French threaded and 80s Super Record that's Italian.. they're not for certain all BSC, certainly if 6 speed. Maybe if the bike was originally assembled in the UK then all the parts will likely be matched and BSC, if not well, most (all?) Campagnolo hubs have the threading engraved on them, it's behind the freewheel in-between the threaded section and the drive-side flange. Likewise often (but not always) the freewheel threading is written on it, inside the smallest cog where the extractor tool is plugged in.
Hello everyone, i have the opportunity to buy a Campy Record 126mm rear hub and also a Regina 6speed freewheel. The seller has no ideea what kind of threading both have, so i was wondering how can i tell if they are English, French, Italian or ISO threaded ? i've read that if they are not compatible , you'll end up with a ruined hub or a stuck freewheel...
Thank you for any information on the subject.
P.S. Going to bike shop for professional help is excluded. Where i'm from the "professional personnel" don't know jack except fixing MBK's or saying "it's old, why don't you buy something newer"
