What tubing is this ? -
• #8
I think the tubing would be 531 on that age Moulton.
-

*edit* ^yeah thats what i thought
doesnt say what tubing it is on the frame, however i've seen mentioned on a few webpages that these pashley-built moulton APBs use 531 tubing (at least for the seat and headtube)

I'd like to put an APB out on a missing individual; Male, land rover yellow, last seen in or around his shed.

This is a bottom end Moulton. Worth £750-800 in perfect condition. I've had 3 Moultons a TSR, APB and an AM18. The APB is by far the worst until they got to the fx18 model (then nearly on par with early TSR).

.
hi all.
my dads decided to sell his moulton as its been sitting in the shed for the best part of 10 years, so i thought id put it up on here and see if theres any interest.
It is a separable frame, braking into two parts with just the use of an allen key. the frameset is in good condition, however the blue plastic coating on top of the paint has chipped in a few places, as have the decals in some places.
Unfortunately the seatpost is stuck in the frame, ive had a go at it with some WD40 and molegrips but havent been able to move it. although hopefully a bike shop with a vice could twist it out. (the molegrips actually scratched up the clamp area of the seatpost a little, but is only cosmetic). also the front tyre has perished slightly on the sidewalls, but it holds air fine.
also included is rear light, and front dynamo light
£700 ONO & will post within the UK at buyers expense. collection/viewing in Brixton
cheers, George
