Have to say, aside from the child sized sofas this is the perfect bike-house... As well as the massive kitchen and bike facilities, there's an awesome Greek kebabbery and a midi-market with a huge selection of beers and snacks within a few minutes walk.

We've spent many a tender moment on these 'large chairs'
Good bike house and decent area, would revisit
midi market also has no card limit #alergictopaper

Yep, this place is awesome. I'll be sad to leave!
The master room is the biggest room I've ever had; I keep all my bikes (and more) in there along with the double bed, wardrobe, desk, plants and there's plenty of space left over. I'll throw up some pics later.
Jack's a great housemate too, super tidy, good fun and a flipping rad cook. Plus he owns loads of bike tools and a massive TV ;)

I'm going to be really sad to leave the place that I've called home for the last year.
Jack will be a much missed house mate. He's super tidy, a damn fine cook and an all around really nice guy. Dare I say it, but if I could, I'd probably live with him indefinitely. But I can't. But someone else should!
The house itself is great, too. With lots of room to work on bikes (which Jack is always more than willing to help with) and a garden which is rare and something that can definitely be taken advantage of. As Dom said, the big TV is great too and the area itself will feel like home very quickly. As others have said White Hill Stores is the best local shop ever.
All in all 10/10, would live there again.
So JB and Dom have decided to up and leave me wipes tear from eye(not because of anything bad I hasten to point out, they’re just moving on), and I don’t want to lose our nice house so I need someone to move in from October 14th
The house (technically a maisonette) is in Upper Holloway (N19), just off Hornsey road, which has proved itself to be a mighty fine area to live. Close enough to town to be a quick ride (you can be at Kings Cross or Stoke Newington in 20 mins) but far enough away for it to be quiet. Right by Finsbury park/Crouch End so plenty of nice pubs/restaurants etc and all the best hills in London (Swains, Highgate, Muswell etc) for those who want to get some climbing done.
**The other room has now been filled, by my friend Stu, lovely chap, looks like TM but doesnt cycle so that means theres even more room for bikes!
**
I’ll get some photos up ASAP, so please bear with the descriptions for the moment
Its not the biggest room in the world but there still room to move and a nice big window. You do get the use to the giant upstairs cupboard to store any extra stuff you might need in.
-Single bed, desk, draws and a wardrobe.
£535 plus bills
THE HOUSE
-Big kitchen bright kitchen dinner with a fuck ton of cupboards, big shelving unit, washing machine, 4 ring hob (electric), extractor fan, fridge/freezer (only 4 months old), dinning room table with 4 chairs.
This is one end of it:
We've also got full double glazing and we've just had a brand new Grade A combi boiler installed.
As for myself and the rest of the house I’ll let JB, Dom and Tommmmmmm (a former housemate) speak for themselves.
I’ll put more details and photos up later
Just been informed that the rent has changed slightly so I've updated the prices.
