Clips and straps for small (slim) feet

The only clips I can find are medium/ large and as they occasionally specify men's medium/ large, I'm assuming they'll be too big for my slim size 6s: does anyone know if this is the case and if so where can I get smaller ones? I'd ideally like doubles.

These come in Small, I'm guessing they don't make Small double clips cos there wouldn't be enough room for the extra strap. Could always use Power Grip style straps if you need them super strong?

At a bike jumble a year or so ago I picked up these small Christophe clips that I ended up selling along with the bike they were attached to. They were definitely too small for my size 9s

The stall had a load of them at the time, and I'm sure I've seem the same guy selling them since.

I have medium MKS clips with Cadence double straps on my bike and they seem to fit my size 3 feet fine. Although my feet aren't exactly narrow they're certainly small. Not sure if MKS do doubles but you can just run double straps on single clips.
