"68 SS", is just the shell width (ie English) and SS stands for [something I've forgotten] Strada, ie road (as opposed to Pista or track).

I am looking for a replacement BB. Current one fitted is a loose bearing Campy model with the markings 68-SS on the axle / spindle. Length 115.5 british threaded
What can I replace that with ? I would prefer to have a sealed unit one that just screws in. What is the equivalent of the 66-SS 115.5 ?
