If you look at the top of the caliper arm where the adjuster goes it is a D shape with no thread? Modern fittings are far as I am aware do not fit these brakes .. you could try http://www.campyoldy.co.uk/ as he used to stock a lot of old spares. Also have a look at this page 38 which shows spare parts numbers http://www.campyonly.com/history/catalogs/catalog_17a.pdf

If it's just a threaded adjuster with a nut, I have one for you: not Campag, but it is "karma".

if it is D shaped then modern identical ones can easily be modified by filing flat on one side

Sorry, no: it's an old round one; if you tried to file it flat, you'd go through the barrel.
Need a cable adjuster for rear caliper on my vintage campagnolo super record brake set. Are fittings standard that there are modern ones that will fit? Seems to be a common missing part on calipers sets
