Wanted: Winter Bike

Looking for a winter bike, something with drop bars, preferably with mud guards, definitely with the ability to fit mud guards anyway! I'm looking for 58cm to 60cm seat tube.

Anything for £200 ish? Am I being optimistic?

I've an Argos with a 600 group, 531 with chrome drop outs and chain stays. Think it's about 58 square, 12 speed with a spare set of wheels. In decent nick - could sell for about 200. Would this be of any interest ?
