Hey there.
I got a machined wheelset for pista training which I havent used yet hanging in the locker of my local wooden velodrome. Rear Wheel 36spokes has fix/fix hub with training tyres.
I'd be saying that I wanted to give it as complete for 85pounds.
I also got a brand new, unused, 28cm 31.6 Diameter Bontrager SSR Seatpost Black Matte, 10pounds for it.(sold)
