Dura Ace 7500 track hubs - axles / cones etc

Posted this in the wrong forum before, oops... Mechanics is probably a better home for it...

I have a lovely set of 7500 series Dura Ace track hubs, but the axles / bearings and internal gubbins could do with an overhaul though. Does anyone know if the newer, and readily available axles / cones etc from the RB-7600 hubs will fit?

Orrrr any other alternatives.
I think SJS do some axels by Wheels manufacturing, that fit dura ace track hubs, but asssume its the current models rather than mine which are for 1978...

Any help would be appreciated!

Ive never had this model, so not sure what cones it will take, probably similar dimensions to campy record which is a different threading, top of the range ofmega,zeus or suntour from that period might fit

I know that dura ace ex cones fits 7710 track hubs, even tho they are probably separated by a decade, they need extra washers tho
