Wanted: Quill Stem + Drop Bars + Brake levers, cheap / beater please

Lots of cheap beater drop bars and brakes. Only quill is the one on the beater bike, happy to split that if you want the bars stem combo. Feel free to mix and match stems, bars and levers.
