That's my classic hangover loop. Now, to Lycra or not to Lycra, that is the question...

Can't make the first one by will try and make a future edition.
I've never made it out in time for a Mitre rode so this may be a nice compromise.
Full lycra for me. Go big or go home.

Yeah mate, check out the FB page. I tend to post up when we are off out. I'm working this weekend but I will maybe try a quick ride on the Sunday evening if that floats your boat.

I'm thinking about some sort of city centre hill fest on Sunday evening if anyone fancies it?
What roads would you guys suggest? I'm thinking Bear Road, Southover Street, Albion Hill and potentially The Drove (this is probably a no as it's one way).

Going up Terminus road is a nice steady incline, you could then swing round and bang down old shoreham road back into preston circus wiggle round the level and then up elm grove
-

Wilson Avenue, Elm Grove, Freshfield are all decent climbs.

We are going to ride up to watch some of the Tour Of Britain this Saturday:
Hey everyone,
I'm helping out with some ride organisation for the Brighton chapter of Tokyo Morvelo CC.
The first ride is going to be a 40km social ride on Sunday 18th of August ending at Small Batch in Hove where we can discuss what people want to get out of the club.
If any of you want to come along, member or not, then get involved here:
https://www.facebook.com/events/1380175255543220/
Hopefully we can generate some interest in both fixed and geared rides, social events and general bike tomfoolery.
