the '42' refers to end to end, not c-c measurement

it says they are size 42 so im guessing they are a 42 not a 40? or am i just being stupid

also the 25.8 clamp is the size adopted by 3T for some of its road bars, IIRC. I've used a 25.8 bar (not this one) in both a 26.0 and a 25.4 stem and both were OK for me.

This was used on the track in a 26mm stem
