Driver charged.
November 27 (Press Association) -- A man has been charged
with causing the death of an elderly cyclist by dangerous
driving and failing to stop at the scene of an accident.Kile Straker, 23, has also been charged with other
traffic offences and will appear in court in Wolverhampton next
month, West Midlands Police said.Straker, of Armstrong Drive, Dunstall Park,
Wolverhampton, is accused of causing the death of 74-year-old
George Searle, who was pronounced dead on the city's Stafford
Road in July.A police spokesman said Straker had been bailed to appear
before magistrates on December 13.
