cheers - i did look at that but had heard mixed reviews. Plus i understand the fork can't be drilled, which is a bit of a bummer. But it's definitely a good price so I will investigate further

Out of interest what were the reviews?
There was a retailer selling Columbus road forks online for about £50 recently which could do the job? You'll make that back easy selling the track forks on...
or for more aero...

I know you would rather not, but this cheap Dolan...
Hi
I've got the urge for some aluminium alloy and am looking for a nice track frame to fulfill all weather duties, ideally in 55cm top tube (but will consider 54-56).
Compact or traditonal geo is fine. I'm after something fairly lightweight (ideally with a drilled carbon fork as this is for the road). Modern or retro is fine, as long as it's dent free and in decent nick.
Ideal candidate would be a Condor Lavoro (realising i might need to drill/switch to a road fork). Nelson Pista (57cm) or similar would also work, but not interested in a Dolan sorry...
Thanks
