Grab a tool that looks like this:

Morning all.
I'm replacing my chain today on my Fixie. Gear ratio is 48x14. In the last week I've had two blown tyres and last night my brake cable snapped. I'm fairly certain my chain is the next thing that's going to give up on me so I'm replacing it before it happens while I'm riding just to be sure.
I've got no idea how to remove/replace a chain. Anyone got tips or advice or a how to?
Cheers.
