I'd say it's unlikely, nothing artisan looking is in the shop :) picked up some forks there for my Dawes Londoner, think it was 15 pounds fitted. The forks by luck happened to be Dawes too, same era. Bargain and super nice team of guys.

Strangely this outfit sits inside a tear in the google streetview time warp

^ Agreed. I got SMIDSYied right near this place a couple of months ago and they sorted me out with a decent cheap wheel to replace the mashed one and get me home.

One of the guy who runs the place is called Leo.
He told a mate what parts he needed to fix his bike up so he could buy them on line and then fitted replaced for something like £20. Evans had tried to charge him north of £250 for parts and labour
They have some very cool graffiti on the shutters so keep an eye out for that too and they are on teh corner of Brixton Road/Mostyn Road
I think they are having a mini party/festival on Saturday 3rd August that could be worth checking out
My favourite (and choice) bike shop, Cycooldelic (Brixton Road) now has a a phone-number AND a website AND a cafe as of next week. In cycling terms I'm sure it will be the Decathlon of cafes (I mean that as a compliment).
Also see the video for something straight out of Spinal Tap. They keep a lizard and a parrot on the counter and a cat. The reaction of the guy (forgotten this name) in the background at 1min 21sec is amazing.
