Many thanks.

actually about 400 grams heavier than SLX (raw tube weight)
was sometimes preferred by track cyclists for its awesome stiffness at the cost of some weight.. often mixing the tubing
believed it was named after Antonio's father..how do i know? some amateur american builder dared to call it gaspipe on the columbus FB page.. he got burned, seriously burned, by Antonio Colombo himself.. i wish i made a screenshot.. it was epic

heavy tubing !
My Rossin and Bertin were both Aelle and a wonderful ride, I have a Colnago Super in SL and wouldn't say Aelle was inferior by any means, besides it's more about the skill of the builder rather than purely frame weight... ( 10 cents etc etc. )
