Was riding past just after the incident at about 8:45. Looked like a Bently (who was pulling over and getting out of the car as I arrived) had pulled out on a female cyclist heading down the hill into Forest Hill. She'd taken a really bad hit to the face and looked to be in bad shock. One of my neighbours was already on the phone to an ambulance and had helped her back to her feet, so hopefully it looked worse than it was.
