Wanted: Italian components for bianchi centenario fixed build

So I recently picked up this frame on the forum and now have the cash to build it up:

Have already got Campag record headset and ideally want to build up the rest of the bike with vintage-look Italian components, ideally campag, cinelli, miche, but will consider other.

Below is my wishlist:
-Cinelli pista drop bars - 38cm chrome (would also be interested in Nitto B123 or other similar)
-Cinelli A1 90-100mm stem (would also be interested in Nitto Jaguar or other similar)
-Miche primato high flange track hubs (silver) laced to Mavic Open Pros or H Plus son TB14s (but will consider any silver track wheelset of reasonable quality)
-Campag record pista 165mm crankset and BB (but also open to more reasonable priced vintage-look alternatives)

Any help with the above would be greatly appreciated. I am in London and can collect either E2 or city.
