Belgian road frame as supplied to the shop in the seventies. From what I can gather the shop bought in "off the peg" frames which they badged as Plum(e)s to go along with their track frames and things...
...but I am sure you historians can help out here!
Anyway - 22.5" centre to top, 22" centre to centre and 39" wheelbase
Prugnat lugs, semi wrapover seatstays, flat fork crown and Gipiemme horozontal dropouts. I think it is 531 - but cannot swear to that. Big chunky Belgian forkblades though!
New Campag bottom bracket, Tange headset, seatbolt and bottle cage bolts
Not built up since being painted - does have a couple of chips but nothing some nail varnish will not sort out!
I managed to break off one of the dropout adjusting screws but I am sure I can get it out...
Looking for £125 - look at it like you are buying a headset, bottom bracket and paint - and getting a frame for free!
YIKES! wrong picture - I am keeping the Flandria - correct one coming up!
Don't worry about formatting, just type in the text and we'll take care of making sense of it. We will auto-convert links, and if you put asterisks around words we will make them bold.
Tips:
Create headers by underlining text with ==== or ----
To *italicise* text put one asterisk each side of the word
To **bold** text put two asterisks each side of the word
Embed images by entering: ![](https://www.google.co.uk/images/srpr/logo4w.png) That's the hard one: exclamation, square brackets and then the URL to the image in brackets.
* Create lists by starting lines with asterisks
1. Create numbered lists by starting lines with a number and a dot

For syntax highlighting, surround the code block with three backticks:
```
Just like Github, a blank line must precede a code block.
