Wanted: Seat bolt

I really need a 17mm (or smaller) one of these...

The smallest I can find online or in my local bike shops is 19mm and that is too big. Let me know if you have one or know where I can get one please.

1.that was intended as a humorous route to sensible suggestion. I have used a hacksaw a number of times to shorten a seatpost bolt and it's fairly quick and painless process.
