• Apologies firstly that there are no actual hats for sale, I hope you don't feel brought here under false pretences. I'm moving house next week and having a slight panic about packing so thought I'd try to get rid of some stuff this way. Collect from SE22 or SW7 or I could meet somewhere else, I'll probably be late but it's worth a try. No posting as I don't know where my nearest post office is.

    1. Rear 27" wheel - bought from andyh2 last year but has been sat in my bedroom ever since. This is what was said last year:

27" x 1 1/4" wheel (bought this from Cipolinni on here a few months ago)
    Mavic MA Clincher Rim (Clincher)
Built Onto Maillard Flip-Flop Fixed Hub
    40 Hole
    18 Tooth freewheel
    In Good Condition
    £40 posted
I'd prefer not to post, I'm not sure I even know where my closest post office is. £25 SOLD

    1. Front 27" wheel - Vesalius very kindly gave me this for free but I've not used it. Please can someone take it away and give it a home where it will be loved, or if not loved, not abjectly neglected. Free GONE.
    2. Wicker basket - I think I like the idea of wicker baskets more than the reality. This is a beautiful basket - it's this one http://www.actionbikes.co.uk/bronx-18-wicker-basket.html Never been used, has two leather straps to attach to your bike. It's really roomy, you could fit loads in there - a large collection of dried flowers, several kittens or simply lots of beer, it's up to you. £15 GONE
    3. Floral print waterproof basket
Yes, another basket. It's like this but in red: http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_809159_langId_-1_categoryId_236255
It has a nifty quick release mechanism so you can detach it from the bike and carry the basket around while you do your shopping. Can you imagine how rad you'd look if you turned up to a picnic and had a basket like this? Buying this basket guarantees rad picnics, honest!! There's also a very snazzy fold-out rain cover for when it's not quite picnic weather but you still want to look awesome.
I used this about twice before I realised I wasn't quite cool enough. £15
    4. Bontrager Race VR-S 31.8mm 40cm handlebars - Nice bars but too wide for me (I had to get the 38cm version). These have been used but not excessively, they're in very good condition. £10
    5. Bontrager SSR 10 degree 31.8mm stem. Again, used, again, not excessively. £5 GONE.
    6. Selle Italia saddle - This pains me. In many ways. It pains me to sell it as it's the most gloriously garish saddle ever. But it pains me to ride it, we're just not a good fit (though I have to point out that that's a failing solely on my side, this saddle is great and super comfy if you get on with these). SAD TIMES. I bought it from Tommmmmmm last year and rode it, stubbornly, for a week, before I gave up. In that time it received many compliments, the most touching being from 6pt who said "hats, your saddle is the most disgusting thing I have ever seen". Now it's your chance to own this splendid saddle.
Check out these lovely pictures Tommmmmmm took of it: http://i1157.photobucket.com/albums/p592/tommmmmmmc/IMAG1074.jpg http://i1157.photobucket.com/albums/p592/tommmmmmmc/IMAG1073.jpg
You know you want it. You can own this saddle of wonder for only £5. GONE TO A MAN WITH GREAT TASTE
    7. Red wellgo pedals - Snazzy red pedals, never used. I can't remember why I bought them, but they're these ones. I took the reflectors off. £5 GONE
    8. Avid brake levers, like these, never been used. In fact, one lever is still attached to the packaging. £5 SOLD
    9. Diacompe brake levers - these. New, unused, really pretty. £7 DIBSED
    10. Skull bell - A bell, that looks like a skull. I can't really justify this as I already have the cat one AND a bell with a built in compass, but honestly, having a bell makes everything so much better, particularly a bell like this. You can ring it at people to say hi, you can ring it to warn peds that they're about to get hit, you can use it to accompany your singing at traffic lights, it makes every day more musical and fun! £2 DIBSED
    11. Assorted rear brakes - weinmann type 500, weinmann type 730, diacompe arx 500, all a bit grimy. Free to a good home, or I don't care if you can't even offer a good home, just take them away! GONE

I'm sure I've got more stuff knocking about, in the meantime please buy my stuff and make moving day that bit easier for me.

  • Dibs stem and basket. Can pick this afternoon if you're about.

  • Which basket? You can have either!
I'm about all afternoon, PM me.

  • The wicker one please, PMing now.

  • Ooh I've just noticed I have a basket bracket you can have too.

  • Disappointed there isn't a crate of dry shampoo for sale here. Taking it with you?

  • dibs both wheels!

  • I kind of want that saddle, mainly just to offend 6pt all over again... hmmm...

  • Wicker basket and stem are both gone, wheels have both been dibsed.

OSR, buy the saddle, I promise you won't regret it. I'll throw in a decathlon energy bar especially for you.

  • 2nd dibs on the 27in front wheel!

  • Everyone seems to want the 27in wheels, I feel bad for hoarding them for so long!

Anyway, original post updated and I've added more stuff too, including the world's second raddest bell (nothing beats my cat bell).

  • dibs bell please :)

  • Dibs diacompe levers please.
    Pm on its way.
    Cheers.

  • Dammnit!! 2nd dibs on the bell!

  • Dibs on the saddle and pedals!

    Cheers

  • Bell, diacompe levers, saddle of glory and pedals all dibsed!

  • hats off for the hilarious saddle description, have some rep and a bump, not that you needed it.

  • hello! Im keen to dibs any braking things left. so the Avids and maybe one of the rear brakes? Pm enroute

  • Such a great saddle

  • Do you reckon you can get straps through the wellgo pedals? Dibs if so please

  • hello! Im keen to dibs any braking things left. so the Avids and maybe one of the rear brakes? Pm enroute

Avids have been dibsed but you certainly can have ALL the rear brakes.

    Such a great saddle

I know, right? It makes me sad to let it go, particularly as I now have a dress that matches it almost exactly (and this, of course) is what I look for in bike parts.

Do you reckon you can get straps through the wellgo pedals? Dibs if so please

They've already been dibsed I'm afraid. If that doesn't work out I'll let you know :)
