Wanted: 58-60cm steel road/touring frame for beater bike

Basically looking for a frame for a project bike for my brother. Around the 58-60cm size, preferably 531 steel and lugs but open to other frames. Forks aren't necessary but if they match then i'm sure they'll be taken of your hands too! No more than £100 cos he's cheap, he'll post below with his details. Thanks very much!

Hey, brother here.
Both look nice, but I'm in Cambridge and bikes vanish all the time, so I'm ideally looking for something a little cheaper.

the thief would be right; it is so much nicer to ride around on a decent steel frame instead of a heavy gas pipe beater... ;-)

I've got this if you fancy. 531 tubes, 58 x 56 CTC if I remember correctly. Has one very small ding midway down the downtube, but otherwise in very good condition. £70, with a new headset too.
