  • So I've never had a custom frame and now I've got the chance to get one(YAY). Its going to be a road going fixed that I will be riding around on and generally using to have some fun riding fixed on the road again.

I've got some of the parts already like the hubs and the cranks and will post some pic's later when I get a chance. I've not decided on what bars to use just yet, but watch this space.

  • I was wondering why a couple of minutes ago, you *"liked" *every single photos from Sven Cycles photosteam.

  • Playing it a bit subtle aren't you?

  • twatanium?

    You'll find out.

We can't all be twats James :-)

  • 24" front wheel, right?

  • Choice of tubing?

    Been there, done that.

  • Choice of tubing?

Reynolds but I'm not sure which one.

  • Make sure it's 853 (or higher), Tim made a good point when he got his Oak;

Over the tubing, I decided on 853 as I knew this would be the frame that sees me out of cycling, so if I had not gone for 853 and gone for something down a notch or two, I would have only regretted it in years to come. I know there is a budget thing here, but I decided to blow mine and just save up a bit more to get exactly what I wanted.

  • Sound advise there.

  • You've already got an 853 frame.
    You're also a fucking tease.

  • I've just got a picture of one of the lugs. I'll try and figure out how to post it.

  • If you post it directly to David's, he'll scan it in and put it up for you.

  • that didn't work!

  • Image now worky...

  • beat me to it

  • Boom!

  • slow hand clap

  • subb'd, sounds like its gonna be ace

  • Either - a) a tiny bike, with 4 inch top tube, or b) a normal bike, with 12 inch thick tubing.

  • Nice!
