For Sale: Spring cleaning: Peugeot SLX - Gitane Vitus GTI frames

I need to sell some stuff to make room in my cellar but most importantly to finance a new project. Donation will be made after the items sell, like usually.

In very good condition, a few scratches here and there and small superficial rust spots. Columbus SLX tubes.
It measures 55cm high (c-t) by 55cm long (c-c).

In very good condition, except some small scratches but it's mostly the stickers that are damaged. Vitus GTI triple butted tubes. Campagnolo ends. Includes a Gipiemme headset and a SKF bb.
It measures 57cm high (c-t) by 57,5cm long (c-c).

That Peugeot is super pretty. Am I correct in thinking it is the correct size for someone 174cm?
If so, can I reserve it while I check whether my girlfriend likes the colour scheme, I will be quick.

I don't know about the size, but I can tell you that I'm 178 and it's 2-3 cms too small.. so it will most likely fit I guess.
And no problem to hold it, just let me know.
