2013-04-06 - Rider stabbed by driver, Colchester (Essex)

Appeal for witnesses after stabbing in Colchester
Police are appealing for witnesses after a cyclist was stabbed in Colchester.

A man in his 30s was riding his bike along St Johns Road just after 6pm on Saturday, April 6, 2013 when a vehicle pulled up alongside him. A man got out of the vehicle and stabbed the victim in the side of his body before droving off.

The victim was taken to Colchester General Hospital and has since discharged himself.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact officers at Colchester CID on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

There's nothing to say this had anything to do with any soldiers.

Errr no, indeed not. It was a flippant comment. About how exacting violence autonimously is what soldiers do all the time. And this happens in a sqauddie town.

At the incident, not Skully's comment, on that I agree, squaddies are mental.

I grew up in Colchester and it is a bit occasionally horrifically violent, which may or may not be something to do with the military prison. Very sad to see two incidents in the same day.
