Yeah, I think I'll just spend an hour or so every day trying it. Was looking for some tips, but I suppose there are no shortcuts

When I started out riding backwards, I just found an open space like a basketball court, put my seat down a little so I could touch the floor with my feet and scooted backwards and I found the balance point in like 2 days, worked well for me

impressive!
Hi guys,
I'm trying to learn to cycle backwards and wondered if anyone has a few tips? I can go maybe one full revolution of the cranks and then I lose it. I think it's just that it feels so unnatural I can't get my balance right. Any advice?
