It's still more than usable.
Unless you are a serious track rider there are no issues with this wheel whatsoever.

Also, the fact that it is slightly untrue is reflected in the price.

I'd heard they're all a little out of true the HED3's... Pretty standard if you ask me. very good price!

I've seen the wheel in person, it really isn't bad at all. It's barely a buckle/out of true. He had to point it out to me as I didn't see it.

Potentially very interested. Can u please put it on ur fork with ur bike upside down( presuming u don't have a truing stand) and use a ruler to measure how far are the lateral movements while spinning? Are we talking 1mm out of true or 5 mm out of true. It's a big difference.

Unfortunately I have no means of measuring it. But I'd guess it's around the 3-5mm mark.
