Is it? You're selling a wheel that's a bit knackered and can't be fixed, by your own admission?
-
• #10
Did you trial some Harm on it?

It's still more than usable.
Unless you are a serious track rider there are no issues with this wheel whatsoever. Also, the fact that it is slightly untrue is reflected in the price.
Stop posting nonsense.

Hey dude if yuo're quite happy selling something that is morelikely to fail in London traffic then it's not my conscience...
You know full well that the wheel isn't going to fail.
Unless you're a 20 stone heffer on a hill climb. In which case, don't buy the wheel.
Now can you please stop posting your ignorant twoddle in my thread.

Why are people giving this bloke stick? It's a good price, less than he paid for it. It is a little out of true, but ran fine with a brake when I had it.

I'd heard they're all a little out of true the HED3's... Pretty standard if you ask me. very good price!

I've seen the wheel in person, it really isn't bad at all. It's barely a buckle/out of true. He had to point it out to me as I didn't see it.

Potentially very interested. Can u please put it on ur fork with ur bike upside down( presuming u don't have a truing stand) and use a ruler to measure how far are the lateral movements while spinning? Are we talking 1mm out of true or 5 mm out of true. It's a big difference.
Again am interested but pending reply

Unfortunately I have no means of measuring it. But I'd guess it's around the 3-5mm mark.

Potential dibs.
Can I ask a big favour though? A vid of it spinning in a fork taken from the front to get a serious idea how out of true it is.
Let me know.
