Wanted: Disc specific pannier rack

Hi there thanks for looking,

looking to buy a reasonable rear pannier rack that fits over my disc brakes on my genesis croix de fer, my back hurts from my bag, i just want the weight off my shoulders and onto the bike, i bought a tortec job off here but all my wangling and wiggling has failed it will not fit no matter how many spacers and bits i use.

Thanks a bunch cash awaiting

also, recommendation for a decent rural commuting pair of lights since this winter moisture has ruined my current ones, looking at getting these:

I have a black Bontrager rack which I used on my CDF, paint is showing signs of wear and I will have to post- can send some pics tonight if you are interested?
