A recent move outside of london has forced me onto a fully geared up road steed and has left me no use for my fixes.

It sounds a lot but it was all brand new stuff and it soon adds up.

The hubs were £150 each +£1 per spoke and £60 each for the rims and the wheels alone cost around £500!

I love sale threads like this. I've just worked out the parts on my knacked 2010 Langster tot up to around £1100 (it does soon add up, actually) so by this logic I should get around £650 for it? lol.

The general rules is usually half of what you paid, but I just can't understand how you spent that much on this, even with the quality gear you have on it. Plus you can get those framesets a lot cheaper now. Try eBay or split.
