Chrome Kursk --> Dura Ace PD-7410

Is there a cleat to make these two work together? I've been told different things at different bike shops

Just a regular SPD cleat, no?

SM-SH70 or SM-SH71 are the cleats you need, you'll need to leave off the pontoons that come with the cleats (designed to allow walking in road racing shoes)

I see no reason why it wouldn't clear it.

Does it have an SPD-SL type system using regular SPD cleats?

I'm not too familiar with SPD but I recently built up a bike with a really nice Dura Ace 7400 group and want to use the pedals. I want a causal show like the Kursk and I've been told by Tokyo Fixed among others that the two won't go together

I'm paraphrasing here but something about the two-pin compatibility of the kursk and the three-pin compatibility of the pedal???

They have assumed a road pedal would never be 2 bolt compatible, but it's 20 year old tech and gawd bless them they were probabaly eating rusks when it came out.

That's because they are 12 year old idiots who discovered cycling last week, so they don't know that there was once a DuraAce pedal with two side-by-side cleat bolts.
