Wanted: Need a freewheel, chainring & chain !

Hey all,

So - I have this:

.......on which the freewheel is going to die very soon!

Also needs a new 42t chainring.......and a new chain too.

Anyone got anything ? 14>28 (pref 7 speed)
Or could recommend a good source for buying new?

i have the following, all NOS
7 speed everest 18-25 mint £59
6 speed regina america 13-23 mint and in original blue can £65
6 speed regina oro 14-24 never used but the gold finish has tarnished £45

So I have to try and sort out exactly what I need to buy ! Here's why.....

....so any ISO threading freewheel, right?!

Im most deffinitley not a bike mechanic- but just want to get some nice bits (and the right bits!) from the community here before paying to get the work done.

i seriously doubt the shimano freewheel has an italian thread so it would most definitely be iso, that said on freewheels italian thread and iso/british thread is basically the same so 90% of the times one would work on the other and vice versa.
that said if you are in london i'm more than happy to do the work for you for free.
