Wanted: Centaur BB, Pedals, Straps and Saddle

I'm looking for a Campag Centaur BB with a 111mm ISO Taper and English thread or similar to fit Paul Road Cranks and a suitable BB tool.

I'm also after some black pedals, straps, a saddle and small RH brake lever.
